Technical Program Manager, RFIC and mmWave Development - TeraWave

Summary

Lead end-to-end technical program execution for TeraWave Q/V-band RFIC and phased-array antenna developments from requirements through production qualification. Coordinate internal engineering teams across development lifecycle phases, build integrated schedules and risk registers, and drive alignment between IC deliverables and system-level requirements. Manage third-party IP, foundry, and supplier partnerships while fostering cross-functional accountability across RF, systems, packaging, test, and manufacturing teams. Requires 10+ years in technical program management with direct experience managing RF IC programs and ability to credibly lead highly technical semiconductor and communications teams.
