Technical Program Manager

Summary

The Technical Program Manager will lead planning and execution of multi-service experimentation, demonstrations, and integration events across geographically distributed teams and partner organizations. Responsibilities include developing program plans and schedules, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, ensuring technical readiness across cloud/on-prem environments, and serving as the central communication node between technical teams and leadership. The role requires 18+ years of DoD technical experimentation or demonstration management experience, strong understanding of joint C2 systems (JFN, CJADC2), and expertise in cross-service military coordination. A bachelor's degree in engineering and an active PMP or DAWIA Level II/III certification are required.
