Technical Program Lead

Summary

Lead technical program execution for complex maritime and naval defense systems at Leidos, coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholder organizations. Translate customer operational needs into technically sound engineering approaches, manage schedules, risks, and deliverables, and guide engineering teams through systems architecture, requirements analysis, integration, and verification. Prepare technical briefings for senior military and government leadership, facilitate technical interchange meetings, and resolve technical and operational issues across engineers, subcontractors, fleet personnel, and government stakeholders. Requires 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems engineering, naval engineering, maritime operations, or technical program management in defense systems.
