Technical Lead

Summary

Technical Lead responsible for managing IT enterprise operations, including computer/network support, incident response, and data spillage asset recovery on classified networks (NIPR/SIPR). Provide peer coaching and mentorship to technicians, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking issues, manage customer tickets to SLA, and support VIP/executive-level users. Lead operational and training activities at the site with hands-on expertise in layer 1 networking, VoIP/VTC, and multi-function device troubleshooting.
