Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Strategy & Planning

Summary

As a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager for Intuit's Tech Strategic Programs team, you will design AI-native planning mechanisms and operating models to align 8,000+ engineering staff around strategy, goals, and resource allocation. You will partner with business operations, finance, and C-suite leadership to build planning processes, frameworks, and decision-making artifacts that integrate annual planning across the tech ecosystem. You will drive adoption of new planning tools and processes through change management, best practices, templates, and guidance, while providing insights and accountability on execution. The role requires proven ability to translate ambiguous strategy into clear program plans, influence senior executives without authority, and apply systems thinking to complex, cross-functional organizational challenges.
