Sr. Staff Software Engineering - WindowsOS Platform

Summary

Lead Windows OS platform initiatives including System BIOS, UEFI, ACPI, drivers, and applications across the full development lifecycle. Act as a technical expert on PC industry trends, identify and mitigate technical risks, and drive platform efficiency through hands-on prototype development and cross-functional collaboration. Require 6+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python, with deep knowledge of Windows kernel, drivers, APIs, power management, and security preferred. Provide technical guidance, lead design reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence while contributing to short- and long-term product/technology roadmaps.
