Sr. Staff Embedded Software Engineer – Automotive Platforms

Summary

Develop and maintain bare-metal firmware and low-level device drivers for Qualcomm Automotive reference platforms, including early hardware bring-up, debug, and validation of new boards and chipsets. Implement test firmware for platform validation and manufacturing test, analyze failures using schematics and lab instrumentation, and collaborate across hardware, silicon, and systems teams to resolve hardware/software integration issues. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and embedded software best practices. Requires 6+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent with advanced degree) and 3+ years of hands-on programming in C, C++, Java, Python, or similar languages.
