Sr. Staff CPU Software Test Engineer

Summary

Design, develop, and execute automated software/firmware test suites for Qualcomm CPUs across functional, integration, and system levels. Create comprehensive test plans with requirements traceability and coverage analysis, perform manual testing of customer deployments in mobile/compute/automotive environments, and collaborate with hardware and systems teams to ensure product quality and compliance. Requires 6+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in C, C++, Java, or Python; preferred candidates have 8+ years in software/firmware validation, 5+ years testing data center servers, and expertise in test automation, server operating systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE, Windows), and x86/ARM64/RISC-V firmware standards.
