Summary

Lead Qualcomm's datacenter test capability and manufacturing readiness, establishing robust strategies for burn-in, system-level test, and thermal management while driving cost-of-test performance. Build cross-functional alignment across GMTO, Datacenter BU, and Engineering organizations to execute technology roadmaps and volume production from concept through deployment. Manage supplier relationships across foundry, OSAT, substrate, and memory ecosystems, securing CY27 datacenter capacity and scaling test operations across multiple Qualcomm sites. Requires 8+ years of semiconductor/datacenter industry leadership experience, deep knowledge of server-class systems, advanced packaging, and manufacturing environments.
