Software Test Engineer I

Summary

The Software Test Engineer I will define, execute, and automate software tests for Tandem's diabetes management devices in accordance with test plans and procedures. Responsibilities include developing validation test plans, creating automated test scripts, working with CI systems, documenting test results, and collaborating with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve product failures. The role requires proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C, or C# preferred), knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Jasmine, Mocha, Appium), and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
