Software Engineer III

Summary

Software Engineer III will provide on-site development and support for the Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Family of Systems, including refactoring legacy Java/JavaScript code, designing and implementing system integrations, and researching innovative features. The role requires decomposing existing systems, troubleshooting code, and orchestrating integration across competing software branches. Requires 5+ years of professional software development or computer networks experience, 2+ years in systems or software engineering, and proficiency in C, C++, and Java with scripting languages (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript). Must obtain Security+ certification within 6 months and hold a TS/SCI clearance.
