Software Engineer II
Summary
Software Engineer II will research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs for a federal government client. The role involves analyzing user needs to develop software solutions, updating/enhancing existing software capabilities, and integrating hardware and software systems. The engineer will work cross-functionally with project management, acquisition, logistics, and security teams, maintain databases, and apply modern software development methodologies including Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps. The position requires 3 years of professional software engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.), and either Agile Developer or Certified Scrum Developer certification.
