Senior Test Manager (Performance Testing, Salesforce & Integrations)

Summary

Senior Test Manager responsible for building and leading a performance testing strategy centered on JMeter, API testing, and Salesforce/MuleSoft integration validation. Will own load, stress, spike, and endurance test execution; analyze results using application and infrastructure telemetry to identify bottlenecks and drive remediation; and provide executive-level performance risk assessments and release readiness recommendations. Reports to leadership with 10+ years of software testing and QA experience, deep Salesforce enterprise testing expertise, hands-on JMeter proficiency, and proven ability to embed performance validation into CI/CD pipelines.
