Senior Software Test Engineer

Summary

Senior Software Test Engineer responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for Element's sequencing instruments, covering instrument software, firmware, hardware, cloud services, and data-analysis interfaces. Will translate requirements into traceable test plans and cases, perform functional/integration/regression/exploratory testing, isolate and troubleshoot defects, and collaborate across engineering and product teams. Role requires hands-on test environment configuration, proficiency with Linux/command-line tools and databases, and experience with test automation; life-science or medical-device testing experience strongly preferred.
