Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Summary

Lead the technical design and delivery of complex machine learning features and systems at scale, owning architectural decisions, code quality, and operational excellence. You'll design ML pipelines and features alongside data scientists, stay current with AI-assisted development practices, and drive adoption of best practices including testing and observability. Responsibilities include solving ambiguous technical problems, running A/B tests to measure model impact, collecting customer feedback to inform product direction, and mentoring teammates on engineering standards. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, data/AI scientists, and product engineers to deliver durable solutions supporting millions of users.
