Senior Engineering Manager – Firestorm OS

Summary

Lead the Firestorm OS team—a Linux-based common software platform across modular autonomous aircraft. You will own technical direction, platform architecture, and execution while coordinating across autonomy, avionics, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering. Responsibilities include defining system boundaries and interfaces, building reusable Linux services and SDKs, driving integration of new hardware and payloads, and establishing engineering practices for testing, debugging, and release. You must have 8+ years shipping embedded/Linux software, 3+ years leading engineering teams, deep C/C++ and Linux fundamentals, and experience designing platforms and APIs used across multiple products.
