Program Analyst

Summary

The Program Analyst will support housing and homelessness services programs by conducting research, analyzing program data, and preparing reports on funding, contracts, and operational alternatives. The role involves coordinating administrative, budgeting, and fiscal reporting activities; maintaining records and files; and representing the Housing Commission in meetings with government agencies and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of federal, state, and local housing programs; grant administration; project and program management; and financial management policies. The position requires independent judgment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
