Summary

As a Principal/Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will lead a team developing next-generation 5G NR wireless systems, architecting and coding major PHY (L1) features. You will mentor engineers, innovate development processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate 3GPP wireless technology concepts. The role requires 10+ years of hands-on C/C++ development, 7+ years of 5G/LTE PHY software and algorithm work, 7+ years taking complex software to production, and 5+ years developing for real-time Linux systems.
