Platform Engineer

Summary

This is a Platform Engineer role focused on building internal developer platforms and infrastructure-as-code tooling to improve developer experience and operational reliability. The person will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, cloud infrastructure, observability systems, and security controls across AWS environments, while partnering with engineering and SRE teams to embed compliance and cost management guardrails. They will participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response, and treat the platform as an internal product with roadmap planning and adoption metrics. The role requires 7+ years of DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or cloud operations experience, deep hands-on proficiency with Terraform/Infrastructure as Code, AWS cloud-native patterns, and observability tools.
