Summary

An Associate Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with government clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI/LLM use cases into production AI solutions. The role requires building AI-enabled agentic platforms and workflows on enterprise AI platforms (Palantir Foundry, AIP, or Maven), delivering production-quality code with strong testing, CI/CD, and documentation practices. You'll lead working sessions, prototype solutions, mentor teammates, and contribute reusable assets while balancing quality, safety, latency, cost, and model risk. The position requires 2+ years software/data engineering experience, 1+ year hands-on GenAI/LLM deployment, 1+ year Palantir platform experience, and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
