Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Lead

Summary

Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems, including defining integration strategy, managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data mapping, and end-to-end validation. Oversee data conversion planning and execution (extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, cutover readiness) and manage technical risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to align solutions to functional, technical, and compliance requirements. Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization for successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
