Network Engineer - San Diego, CA

Summary

Design, procure, integrate, install, and sustain networked systems for mission-critical DoD applications. Engineer and configure Cisco (Catalyst, ISR, ASA, Firepower), Aruba (switching and wireless), Juniper (EX, QFX, SRX), and other network hardware across labs, shore facilities, and data centers. Implement secure network architectures aligned with RMF and STIGs, perform system hardening and vulnerability remediation, and support end-to-end lifecycle from staging through fielding and sustainment. Requires 8+ years of network engineering experience, DoD Secret clearance, and DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (Security+, CISSP, or CASP+).
