Network Engineer

Summary

This is a direct-hire, hourly network engineer role responsible for maintaining and operating network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems in a 300+ server environment. The engineer will manage switches and routers, handle Windows and Linux servers, administer SAN storage and backup systems, oversee LAN/WAN operations, perform performance monitoring, and support disaster recovery planning and testing. The role requires a CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent certification, a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and 5 years of experience in heterogeneous network environments. The position is 100% onsite in San Diego with on-call and overtime responsibilities.
