Summary

This role supports the design and engineering of U.S. Navy networks, including developing network topologies, IP plans, and SD-WAN solutions. The Network Engineer will configure L2/L3 switches, routers, and security appliances, create test plans and technical documentation, and troubleshoot network outages. The position requires 6+ years of DoD/government IT systems engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, CCNP certification, and an active DoD Secret clearance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SDN/SD-WAN platforms (VMware NSX-T, Cisco, Juniper), network automation (Python, Ansible, NETCONF), and RF communications technologies.
