Network Automation Engineer

Summary

Design, implement, and sustain Cisco ISE/NAC solutions for Navy shipboard networks, including 802.1X authentication, policy enforcement, and endpoint profiling. Develop automation tooling using Ansible and Powershell to support network sustainment and upgrades across multiple CANES-based configurations. Evaluate and implement security hardening (STIGs) on network appliances, troubleshoot Cisco platforms (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless), and support Engineering Change Requests within Agile/DevOps practices. Requires 3+ years of network/systems engineering experience, preferably with DoD or Navy program support, and an active Secret clearance.
