Summary

As a Network Engineer supporting Navy AT/FP systems at NIWC Pacific, you will engineer, configure, and sustain Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco networking equipment across CONUS and OCONUS installations. You'll design and implement secure network architectures compliant with RMF and STIGs, perform system hardening and vulnerability remediation, and support end-to-end lifecycle activities from staging through fielding. The role requires hands-on expertise in switching, routing, wireless, VPNs, and firewalls, with 50%+ travel to shore facilities and data centers. You must hold an active interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain a fully adjudicated Secret clearance, plus DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (Security+ CE or higher, and Juniper JNCIA or Cisco CCNA or higher).
