National Manager, Infrastructure & Operations

Summary

Lead infrastructure operations and lifecycle management for Swinerton's core platforms (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, F5, DNS, Intune, SCCM, Windows, Red Hat). Drive automation and DevOps adoption through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. Partner with security and network teams to implement security controls, enforce compliance (CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171), and establish centralized identity and access management execution. Own infrastructure operations reliability through ITSM practices, incident response, patching, and continuous improvement of service performance.
