Summary

As a Dynamics 365 Technical Senior Consultant, you will lead technical workstreams on multidisciplinary transformation projects, designing and delivering scalable solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You'll configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Contact Center), architect enterprise solutions, develop custom extensions using C#, Power Fx, and JavaScript, and integrate AI-enabled features via Copilot Studio. The role requires 6+ years of consulting experience with 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery, proficiency in DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD), and the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate across distributed delivery teams.
