Summary

Lead a team of 10–20 systems, integration, test, and simulation engineers across laboratory, simulation, ground, and flight test environments for aerospace and defense systems. Develop and execute integrated test strategies, manage System Integration Laboratories (SILs), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), and Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL) environments, and oversee verification, validation, and regression testing activities. Drive requirements traceability, root cause analysis, test automation, and compliance across complex aerospace and defense programs. Manage test execution to cost, schedule, and quality objectives while collaborating with systems engineering, software, hardware, cybersecurity, and program management teams.
