Summary

This is a junior-level, onsite rotational program at Axos Bank's Consumer IT AI Team for someone with a CS or related degree and Python/JavaScript experience. You'll work on production AI agents from day one under senior mentorship, learning prompt engineering, building integration code connecting AI systems to platforms like GitHub and Azure DevOps, constructing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and maintaining AI plugins and documentation. You'll write unit tests, participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows, and contribute to internal documentation while building SDLC fluency through sprint ceremonies.
