Summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Java Software Engineer for middle-layer enterprise development in San Diego. The role spans the full SDLC—prototyping, GUI design, implementation, integration, testing, and build/release—within an Agile, collaborative environment alongside Systems Engineering, Cloud & Application, DevSecOps, and Test Automation teams. Required experience includes Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), object-oriented programming, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Java Message Service (JMS), Web Services, and XML technologies, plus proficiency in at least two of Jira, GitLab, Docker, Fortify, Coverity, or Black Duck. An active Top Secret security clearance and ability to obtain SAP access are mandatory.
