IT System Administrator

Summary

Pacifica is seeking an IT System Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience to provide technical support to end users, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, manage systems imaging, and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role involves responding to support requests in person and remotely, implementing solutions, performing basic training, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The administrator will work daily with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), firewalls (SonicWALL, Cisco), and remote access tools (RDP, VPN).
