As an IT Support Engineer I, you will provide technical support and implement solutions for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications in a high-availability environment. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, manage local technical projects, and maintain corporate networking and computing systems. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM), networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL), and multi-user environments.
