Summary

As an Integration & Test Engineer, you will lead assembly, alignment, and test efforts for high-performance optical systems in aerospace applications, including electro-optical payloads for spaceborne, airborne, and ground systems. You will develop AI&T procedures and documentation, select and develop test equipment and custom tooling, execute technical oversight on programs, and collaborate with design and cross-functional teams. The role requires 6+ years of experience in integration and testing of optical systems, AI&T documentation development, GSE design, GD&T, CAD/CAE, optical alignment techniques, and environmental testing (vibration, TVAC).
