Integrated Lifecycle Engineering Manager

Summary

This role manages Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies and processes across General Atomics' defense programs, overseeing compliance with DoD standards (5000 series, GEIA-STD-0007, S1000D) and tailoring support strategies for developmental and sustainment phases. The manager directs teams, leads proposal and budget planning, consults on contracts, and serves as primary contact for IPS activities across the product lifecycle. Requires 13+ years of logistics experience in defense manufacturing with at least 7 years managing logistics processes, plus deep knowledge of the 12 elements of product support management and defense acquisition lifecycle principles.
