Infrastructure & Ops Engineer II responsible for building, managing, monitoring, and operating DLA Piper's global infrastructure systems and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on configuration, system documentation, disaster recovery planning, and 24x7 on-call support to ensure availability and stability. Must have 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, storage, and networking, along with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, DNS, DHCP, security configuration, and performance tuning. The engineer will resolve escalated issues, plan upgrades and patches, and communicate technical requirements across the organization.
