Group Technical Architect

Summary

Serve as the primary Tier-1 technical support contact for Siemens NX users in an enterprise engineering environment. Responsibilities include triaging application and login issues, managing user onboarding and access provisioning, deploying and configuring NX installations, handling FlexLM license server management, and validating workstation readiness (OS, drivers, memory, VPN). Requires 3+ years of IT support or NX experience, Linux administration expertise, basic NX knowledge (Design/Drafting modules), and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
