FORWARD DEPLOYED DATA ENGINEER

Summary

A Forward Deployed Data Engineer will lead discovery workshops with North American fleet management customers to understand their business problems, then translate those into scoped data, analytics, and AI solutions. You'll own engagements end-to-end—from scoping and estimation through prototype development and delivery—working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on data engineering or analytics engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, depth with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse, dbt or similar transformation frameworks, and proven ability to present technical findings to executive stakeholders.
