Summary

Lead Dexcom's Product Systems & Integration organization, overseeing hardware product owners and systems engineers responsible for end-to-end product architecture, requirements decomposition, and cross-functional technical integration from concept through commercialization. Establish technical accountability, decision rights, and operating mechanisms across hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, sensor, and algorithm teams while managing system-level risks, design tradeoffs, and regulatory compliance. Own product requirements, system architecture, interface definition, and traceability across the full lifecycle; conduct design reviews and ensure manufacturing and clinical readiness. Build and develop high-performing teams of technical leaders and systems engineers, implementing scalable practices, governance, and design-for-six-sigma discipline.
