Summary

Lead Dexcom's Product Systems & Integration organization, overseeing hardware product owners and systems engineers through the full product lifecycle from requirements and architecture through commercialization. Own product-level technical accountability, system architecture, requirements decomposition, and end-to-end traceability while directing cross-functional integration across hardware, software, firmware, sensors, and manufacturing. Establish systems engineering discipline, design-for-six-sigma practices, and governance models; identify and resolve product-level technical risks, system interactions, and critical tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, cost, and regulatory impact. Attract, develop, and retain high-performing technical leaders and build a scalable operating model with consistent practices across new product development and sustaining programs.
