Summary

Director of Information Systems – AI & Data will lead enterprise-scale AI, data, and analytics initiatives for a life sciences organization. Responsibilities include building AI/data organizational capability through governance, architecture, and change management; establishing data strategy and governance standards; overseeing enterprise platform selection and integration; managing cybersecurity, risk, and compliance for data and AI practices; and leading budgets, vendor strategy, and cross-functional teams. The role requires 12+ years in information systems/data/AI with 7+ in leadership, hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), recent AI implementation leadership (including generative AI and LLMs), and familiarity with regulated life sciences environments.
