Data Engineer

Summary

As a Data Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, you'll develop and deploy data pipelines and platforms that organize disparate data sources to support mission-driven projects. You'll work with analytics, data science, and engineering teams in an agile environment, supporting the assessment, design, development, and maintenance of scalable data platforms. Required skills include 1+ years of data engineering, pipeline development, or related experience; proficiency in Python; knowledge of SQL/GraphQL and relational/non-relational databases; source control (Git); and Linux/Windows scripting. A Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree are required; experience with AWS services (EMR, Redshift, SageMaker), Databricks, Apache Spark, Terraform, CloudFormation, and large-scale batch/stream pipelines is preferred.
