Summary

As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Identity solutions across identity governance, provisioning, access management, and authentication use cases. You'll collaborate with client and Deloitte teams to support joiner-mover-leaver processes, access certification, role management, and privileged access controls, while integrating Oracle Identity platforms with enterprise applications and directories. The role requires 4+ years of identity and access management experience and 3+ years specifically with Oracle Identity technologies (Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Identity Manager). You'll contribute to requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, and production stabilization in complex enterprise environments.
