Summary

Design, plan, and implement physical and logical Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C4I) network solutions. Lead and mentor subordinates and team members in defining, analyzing, and solving problems for afloat (naval) network systems. Ensure engineering practices align with program processes, policies, and organizational approaches. This role requires active leadership, technical problem-solving, and the ability to guide teams through complex network architecture and implementation challenges.
