Business Systems Analyst II

Summary

The Business Systems Analyst II will analyze business processes across Student Affairs and Campus Diversity, gather functional requirements, and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. The role includes managing enterprise systems data (Student, Finance, HR), developing reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with FERPA/HIPAA/CSU policies, and providing functional support and training to end users. Key responsibilities span process improvement, data governance, system testing, troubleshooting my.SDSU and other enterprise systems, and identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and data quality.
