Summary

The Business Applications Analyst will develop requirements and design specifications for enterprise business systems, support testing and report development using tools like Power BI and Crystal Reports, and troubleshoot complex system challenges across airport operations. The role involves configuring and testing ERP applications (such as PMWeb), designing end-to-end business processes, and creating integrations and automation solutions. The Senior level requires greater independence, technical leadership, and mentorship of team members. This is a hands-on role requiring a computer science or MIS degree and progressively responsible experience with enterprise application development and business systems.
