Summary

This role involves building and operating production machine learning systems for autonomous medical coding, spanning the full lifecycle from data discovery and model training to deployment and monitoring. You'll design scalable ML architectures, develop MLOps pipelines with CI/CD and model registries, integrate LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and establish evaluation strategies including A/B testing and fairness assessments. The position requires five years of production ML experience, three years with Python or C#, three years on Azure, and at least one year of LLMOps experience. You'll collaborate across data science, software engineering, product, and platform teams to translate business objectives into reliable, high-performance systems with responsible AI and privacy practices.
