1699 - Network Engineer IV

Summary

Network Engineer IV supporting the Navy's carrier training tactical system within the CANES architecture. Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting afloat network hardware and software; providing direct technical support to shipboard ITs during Fleet training evolutions and underway operations; and ensuring system readiness, cybersecurity compliance, and interoperability. Requires 3–5 years of network engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Navy tactical networks (NIPR/SIPR/CANES), and mandatory DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+) and CCNA/CCNP certifications.
