Will define readiness criteria and test coverage for hardware-based autonomy validation, troubleshoot unmanned systems (flight controllers, radios, sensors, ground stations), and drive reusable test practices and field guidance across engineering and operations teams.… Requires 10+ years hands-on experience in UxS systems integration, robotics, autonomy testing, or flight test, with strong practical knowledge of Linux, embedded systems, autopilot ecosystems (PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, Pixhawk), and scripting/data-analysis tools (Python, Bash, MATLAB).
