The Cybersecurity Engineer III will support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) accreditation efforts for a Navy IT contract, including cybersecurity monitoring, incident triage, vulnerability identification, and remediation recommendations. Responsibilities include testing and applying security controls, conducting reconnaissance, authoring Plans of Milestones and Actions (POA&Ms), developing A&A documentation (SSPs, SAPs, SARs), and maintaining eMASS compliance with quarterly IV&V, STIG checks, and ATO workflows.… The role requires deep expertise in the Risk Management Framework, DISA systems, and security control tailoring.
